Well there's only 3 days to go before we get the news. I'm hoping Matt is right and no more shares are issued. Long time shareholders have suffered enough for the last two years and the Dragues purchase epitomizes the scant regard the Board had for us. This of course was followed up by loose reins on Clifford's spending that all but killed us off. I'm not sure that even a good deal re funding will help the share price recover in the short term because it is obvious the lack of trust in this Board is weighing heavily on the S.P. It is time for the Board to do something tangible to acknowledge their poor performance as stewards of the company. To be honest, I'm tired of the lip service they dish up to us in the form of 'we work for our shareholders'.
