I simply cannot see how there is not going to be a significant equity raising. Federation cost was going to be around 100M - say they are able to save 10-20% somehow they still need 80-90M. They have 30M cash at the moment so still need 50-60M at an absolute minimum. Cost of debt is expensive, they are more likely to issue more shares.
