The previous management failure resulted in millions being raised from unsuspecting shareholders who believed that a genuine and professional effort would be made to produce gold.
What they got was:
- Gold theft
- Millions of dollars spent or otherwise disappearing with SFA accountability
- Machines broken and repair bills unpaid.
- No explosives, men using ONLY air leg drills to mine gold in a hard rock mine.
- Eventually air leg drills wouldn't work because the parts were not ordered and paid for.
- Seriously? Were you guys taking the piss or were you genuinely that grossly inept?
- Don't get me started on Eliseo.
- Finally: SP and company capitulation ...did it all go too far to be resurrected?

BNW, I suggest you write to ASIC with your concerns, but it is pathetic to blame the final management with the company demise.
