Not sure where you got your information from. I am familiar with the Brazilian Cattle Market and can assure you that there are no issues in either sourcing, quarentining or loading cattle. Cattle is readily available and with the very favorable US$/Real exchange rate farmers are happy to sell as many as people want to buy.
If there are any issues at the loading Port, it is most likely due to Port capacity .... Nothing to do with cattle availability.
