There was an article I'd read a few months back( cant remember where)...it suggested a connection between deep sea sonar exercises conducted by Navy and beachings of whales and dolphins in surrounds...I beleieve the Soanr creates a huge boom sound for these creatures amnd they get away from water to escape this...The bodies found had ruptured ear drums.. suggesting that the research could be partly true...rgds
