maybe but where is the growth coming from? on the Sanity side of the business I read an article in the Age yesterday...
their music sales have been savaged because they won't discount to meet rivals like KMart, Target or specialist rivals such as JB Hi Fi - who would pay $30 for a CD when you can pick it up $5+ cheaper elsewhere or burn it off the internet
they are going to change the focus to DVD sales but will face the same problems, discounting from rivals...either they do the same (which will hit margins) or they will continue to flounder as with CD sales
furthermore they will have to change the fitout of their stores to accommodate DVD shelving as opposed to CD shelving which will cost a bomb.
the company will underperform for some time in my view unless they show a significant turnaround in sales
maybe the Bra business will support these boobs in management
