    they blamed bad sales partly on SARS/Iraq war which hit their airport store numbers

    I can only speak from personal experience (anecdotal evidence but evidence none the less) I travel overseas about every 6 weeks and the Tullamarine store was virtually empty before SARS/Iraq so I can't really see their excuse as being relevant
