    2. Valence opened on 3/3/15 at .27 (Curious why Valence opened at this lower price. Any ideas?)


    I suppose if a large sell order is placed pre-opening on 3/3/15 at .27 then that will gobble up all buy orders at .27 and higher - and the buy orders higher than .27 only need to pay .27.
