It has come to my attention that several funds accumulated stock after the takeover was announced. The total purchased was less than the 5% to be disclosed.
It is understood that volume is in the order of 10-15% of the company and most are now selling out.
I still think there is another smelly fish on the boat and the ASX need to issue a speeding ticket
