I just came back from the freedom march in Cairns and it was a great crowd
Peaceful march down the Esplanade with a very broad cross section of the community
and many onlookers joining in and many passing cars giving the procession a honk in support
No police to be seen nor were they needed
We are very lucky to live in a place like Cairns IW
