ABC did not fail because the owners/directors were fraudsters, It failed bacause Eddie is dumb as a stick and the finaciers that eventually margin called him out of existence saw him coming a mile away.
Like Kerry Packer said, "you only get one Alan Bond in your life"
Same for Eddie.
He was just to stupid to unserstand he was being set up for the fall.
