We have a breville at the moment, have had a Sunbeam in the past but prefer the Breville.
I like making different types of dough and then shape and cook in the oven, it does very good foccacias. really good in winter, I use the wood heater tosit the dough on for the second rise before putting it in the oven.
I find the small bread maker is better than the one that does the big loaf as the paddle seems to miss some of the mixture with the big ones and leaves it in the corner so when the bread bakes you get a lump of dry mixture stuck to the side.
