Got an IKEA Brodmix Flerkorn, just mix in water by hand.
Came out of oven looking like German or Danish rogbrod. Its brown, dense and multigrain.
Tried making Danish Rogbrod a while ago and partially failed, too hard. Will try again but will probably settle with the Ikea mix.
