Fusion sweet corn soup:
In a medium saucepan simmer for a few minutes the following:
1 litre water.
¼ dried salted duck.
1 packet chicken necks.
¼ dozen pressed garlic cloves.
Remove the meat and slice the duck to serve with the soup.
Add the following:
One can of cream corn.
A few splashes of rice wine.
A few splashes sesame oil.
A few splashes soy sauce.
