Thin Pizza:
In a medium bowl mix:
4 cups sifted flour.
1.3 cups warm water.
¼ cup whole milk powder.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
1 tablespoon brown sugar.
¼ teaspoon salt.
7.5 gm package dry yeast.
Kneel for 10 minutes.
Roll into a thin layer.
Oil pan and arrange dough.
Sauce made by blending in the food processor:
250 gm tomatoes in heavy puree (or add some tomato sauce / paste / puree to thicken).
1 tablespoon capsicum.
1 teaspoon onion.
1 clove fresh garlic.
½ teaspoon dried thyme.
½ teaspoon dried oregano.
¼ teaspoon salt.
Spread a thin layer of sauce on the pizza.
Top with mozzarella cheese and other toppings of your choice.
on a stone or pan barbecue on the charcoal webber with the lid on.
