I've been watching the market for RCH all today and there is a distinct pattern.

There's sellers that keep on drip feeding the market at 0.031
This price step gets wiped out by buyers only to have more sellers place orders at 0.031 again. Im pretty sure these sellers are just about dry and the buyers they are happy to continue to soak this stock up.
I think the momentum is with the buyers and we could see this break out in the next 30-60 minutes.
