Well said and thanks for sharing your opinion... It's good to have difference of opinion...
What you said is true as most companies do the same... we saw quite a few deals where they issued 3 to 4 times the existing script... and all of them tanked... so that must be kept in mind..
On the other hand though, we need to do some background work... MW has done almost 5 deals so far... the first was with SRT which was failed... so no terms were set...
Second was with NXR which was based on cash payment and a very decent one...
Third was with ZIP... I can't remember them exactly. So won't say much.
Fourth was with SRT - again a slow start based on cash payment... no script was issued.
Fifth was with VTX... 240m shares were issued as part of the deal... total shares were 325m plus 300m options... so no crazy script was allocated...
So keeping in mind the history, SRT won't be issuing 2 to 3 times the script on issue... MW knows the importance of commercial terms and that is exactly why market is giving him such value...
Anyway, caution is still a good thing...
