I agree fully.. though I honestly feel anything under 3 cents at the moment is low balling. Potential is obviously a big market driver at this end of town, and that's been shown time and again. An "actuals" off takes deal to underpin other ongoing drilling and investment would provide a really solid base here, with hopefully some great news from the JORC.
