So what would a CR right now - push the price down; holders would sit and wait the maximum amount of time for the assays to be reported and then make their decision to subscribe or not based on those results.

so might as well wait until the results come out before tapping shareholders for more $$ and they have also flagged a divestment which should put some more $$ in the jar.

I don't think its the prospect of a CR that's holding down the price. Someone is accumulating and keeping the price pressure on.
