EQX's Mayoko deposit is not stranded, transport infrastructure already services the deposit. You may wish to do some further research regarding what a stranded deposit means. For example, Mbalam and Nabeba are stranded because they are 500kms from the coast with no railway or port built.

Processing of the ore is $6p/t. Whether you judge that as 'very expensive' is a personal call, but I doubt many with knowledge of the industry would refer to it as that.

Secondly, can you please post your calculations of Mayoko's ROI? I assume you must have done them to be able to state processing costs far outweighs return on investment.
