Which delays are you referring to? Strategic partner and finance negotiations are not expected to progress until the Mining Convention and PFS are delivered in the second half of the year.
Maybe when referring to constant delays you are getting mixed up with another African IO hopeful that you may hold that is renowned throughout investment circles as a running joke when it comes to delays.
