An example would be potential commerical disputes betwen Exxaro and EQX regarding the distribution of future costs and obligations in the event of upgrades, expansion and amendment made to the rail infrastructure (and potential delays caused to Exxaro as well as prolonged approval process). There are plenty of examples highlighted by RIO, BHP and FMG as they fought hard to keep others off their rail.
In the case of EQX, the burden could be the last straw.
