No reply to my previous points? Glad you can see now that you were severely lacking in your understanding of ROI and comparing EQX to Exxaro.
Re debt funding, that is only one way to move the project forward. For example, securing off-take and a JV with a steel mill would be another.
Also, EQX has a predicted break even price lower than Vale and FMG, while sitting not too far ahead of BHP. EQX is low cost curve, which by your own thoughts means you can see debt funding as a possibility.
