EQX and Exxaro have never had any agreements with each other in place.
Exxaro and ROC signed a Mining Convention subject to definitive agreements on rail and port being completed.
Those rail and port definitive agreements were never signed. This means the Mining Convention is not valid as yet.
Personally, I see infrastructure access problems as a low risk for this project and I know management feels the same. The ROC Government has consistently stated their multi-user policy and EQX has agreements in place for capacity.
