It's already occurring.

Re the rail, upgraded communication and control systems were being installed at the time of the last quarterly release and track infrastructure/maintenance facilities were planned.

Re the port, the expansion was already underway and funded by the ROC Government and World Bank. Dredging, upgrading of port facilities, stockpiling area, new wharf area for bulk commodity exporters.

Confirmation of the figures either way will come with the upgraded feasibility study, but when you consider that the last quarterly was released after Exxaro announced it's scale back and still outlined the Government investment noted above, I'm confident the Government/World Bank spending is on track.

I don't believe the first two years of production will be a flat 500ktpa either.
