Something like that. My Chinese is not so good but I found the ratio 7.4 works best with what is reported in the media as spot and 6 month futures. May be a tiny but out but not too far from the truth.
May Dalian currently $US67.8 and September Dalian $US65.1. The other months do not have enough volume to be accurate.
