Not to pin prick any balloon, however do not get too excited before it breaks the old highs of 4.4 cents and older high of 6.6 cents, Where then one may say it has blue sky Potential, as there may be some stale bulls around still, ( though possibly they have all sold at a loss by now?), just something to keep in mind.
In my decades of investing/trading I have seen it Happen numerous times over the years in investing in these type of start up stocks.

However in stating that this time is most certainly different, (To quote from 3500), this shockingly expensive stock is doing it for the right reasons, from a solid base, (runs on the board).
