Wonder how much the brake fee will be when the Co. looses one of its larger customers currently extended to the end of this year. All the annual report says is that this customer generated revenue of 2.6mil for the year ended june2010 and that the brake fee will be substantial.
I'm inclined to think this may well be a bonus. If revenues are picking up with the recent acquisitions that have taken place and with the GDS joint venture coming on line, then hopefully the lost revenue will be more than offset, that would make the substantial brake fee an absolute bonus at this point of time. May resolve any further need for cap raising.
Can anybody shed some light??
