I recall at a past AGM someone asked GT what was to stop HNC stringing us along and finally pulling out of JV -

Am pretty sure the reference was in particular to do with the sulphides.....GT response was along the lines that for them to walk away they would have to incur a break fee of I think $100 million can anyone confirm my recollection
