I cannot imagine how you think that 'charts' can predict anything on this stock. Its not like this is a trading business nor a well traded stock. It is purely reactive to news on the targeted projects or the anticipation of such news.
I am glad you have "a feeling" that there will be some news, but I wouldn't be putting money on a feeling just yet.
I have some of this from long ago and would like to see it move on up but really, "A reversal ascending triangle has formed"? just not sure that this means anything at all without real news on whats happening on the ground.
