Exactly right Furniture, These guys are real idiots. As it is share price is depressed and they want to depress it further by announcing c/r without any reasonable justification. I don't think any big fund or cornerstone investor will invest in this until they show profits. History from previous c/r and burnt investors are good examples. Let them try, no one will want this unless they show results.

This will pust these b**s to work harder for money instead of getting cheap money by c/r. That might also be our hope to recover some of our lost investment.

I have already posted my proxy vote (with NO for resolution 5). If anyone has not done it, pls do it quickly.
