Much, much longer time to get to that bigger resource @ Havieron, more than 2km deep in some parts. And only 2-3Mt a year being mined from Havieron for it's first 7-8 years, so in the mid 2030's Havieron would only still be a tier-2 operation.

Compare, say to DeGrey's Hemi, that'll be a tier-1 operation from the get go, and shallow open pit resource. I'm not disrespecting GGP holders but please, Havieron is not some magical land that'll be producing a million oz of gold a year. And as a value proposition in terms of generating revenue for the next 10-15 years, there a lot of other companies out there with better cases to show
