Here's a snip of the chart from the big move in 2020 so it's a bit clearer to communicate what I am seeing.
Look at the red line - the 200 moving average. Above bullish. Below bearish.
You will see late 2019 we were below the red line.
Following the NCM JV news in late February 2020 we pushed above it and then below again in March and then took off in April.
The blue circle is Feb/Mar 2020.

We spent the rest of the year above it, trading from the 1's into the 6's.
The second snip shows the chart for this year. Trading below the red line with a poke through in February and again in the last few days.
Yesterday we managed a close above but now we have slipped below again. I'm expecting the updated MRE to be the catalyst but there may be the same dance as we had in 2020. Shorter I hope. But once through, this time round we should have a good crack through 7.
