Anyway back on topic. It is pretty obvious when you compare Ggp with Azy market cap and their respective% of resources. Azy is so ridiculously undervalued at the moment in comparison and I personally see it as a gift to be able to buy at these levels. I bought some at 2.7 earlier in the week and some more yesterday at 2.9. I think those planning to buy from the spp should make sure they get in early as at a guess it will fill pretty fast imo. There is definitely some accumulating going on here and I guess that 3.1c line will get wiped shortly.

I'm about to start an 18 month build for my dream home - so naturally the price falls into the bottom realms of cheapdom when I have ABSOLUTELY no money to buy these parcels up

When house is complete in the next 18-20 months just watch it explode upwards as I am able to scrap loose change to look to buy some more azy....I could guarantee it..and I will cry for missing out on getting my third big tranche ...

You could almost bet ya house on it
