Yep, it is. This is the fifth time it's happened that the price goes up more than 10% then falls the following day. My strategy for the past four has been to buy on the dip and sell on the news. There being no news this time, I sold the new shares I had bought at 4.8 at close yesterday. (I had targeted to sell at 5.6, but things moved so quickly I got a bonus!).

This is the fourth time in the past few months I've done the rinse and repeat cycle and it's paid off well on each. Not the huge amount we're all hoping for, but collectively a great return... which finances the next parcel. My core shares remain untouched and I'm holding them, just selling the new ones.

This pattern, while unfortunate and frustrating, can also be used to immediate advantage. In the end it makes me feel a lot better to be active and make some money, rather than just holding and hoping. To paraphrase Einstein, why expect a different result when the same thing happens over and over again?

I'm pretty hopeful that one day – could be soon – the share price will leap up. That's where my quarantined shares come in to play. In the meantime, the trend is definitely my friend.
