It may be worth looking at the recent spin out IPO of EV1 for an idea of the potential value of Malingunde. The resource and production metrics of the two projects are almost identical, with the market cap of EV1 currently sitting at >$80m. With the caveat of EV1 having completed a DFS and being fully permitted.
With regard to the rutile, when was the last air core program completed on the deposit? The vast majority of the drilling looks to have been drilled utilising hand augers (not simply a case of throwing another couple rods on).
