Hi folks
A weekend, and a couple of days and we have shaken a few out of the trees.
The announcement has not been released as yet... surprising most of us.
Still might get a couple though by weeks end, namely the biggie and drill results.
Share price held up quite well considering.
The interesting thing here is we are waiting on a company making/confirming announcement where the going price for PLV will be well north of 70 cents.
Where that is is so dependent on what the deal is.
It seriously could be anything! What happens if PLV negotiate a ball tearer of a deal? The valuation could multiply in days.
Thats not a ramp. Thats a fact for a 100 million MC company heading towards and beyond 200MT at 66%.
Do the math.Pick a range of possibilities. The numbers stack up.
What happens if the deal is a ripper? If the $$$ involved guarantee no further placements thus ensuring minimal shares on issue?
What happens if Tony and Co. grab a deal where the market goes; "What the..!"
As with any company in a similar position speculation and heresay will come about.
Add to that Cockatoo Island synergies some of us, Including Intersuisse the company PLV commissioned to do the report, here seem to think will come to pass
We have a pretty good idea whats coming based on Intersuisse report guidance.
Tony and crew are doing...or have done.. 'the deal'...the deal that is going to secure this companys viable/financial future and ensure it WILL become and IO producer as early as 2012.
A few here have thrown some earnings figures from the initial Isthmus operation. There are extremes of those valuations based on cost per tonne and spot price/and or negotiated price.
I tend to overlook the higher assumptions (Pelm1's calcs although very tantalising are perhaps at the higher end...although $120 T wasn't exorbitant or unrealistic)...but take even half of his figures and you have $$$ rolling into the company while the beneficiation plant is being built.
Thing is whatever it will be it will be substantial.
We are working with 100 million MC folks. Its gotta go up from here on imminent developments slated to come into being shortly.
Whats an IO company worth that already is a low cost operation half way through drilling a resource that has already unearthed 150MT at 66%?
Add off take/end user agreements in place/financial backing, a Native title agreement to follow soon after and PLV environmental applications to be lodged in several months?
Its coming together...and we are way undervalued based on the above developments that not only will happen...they are happening folks.
Will PLV do the trading halt approach for this? I guess it depends on just what magnitude the deal is/will be.
And as we wait for that imminent and inevitable announcement we could be forgiven for quoting one of the greatest movies of all time;
"Toto, i've got the feeling we're not in Kansas anymore!"
...Thats right Dorothy it'll be Irvine you're on and tell the Tin man he'll have plenty of spare parts! ;)
