Well, not really, yes PLV did say that they would finish the selection process for a potential end user "offtake" by the end of last week, but that does not mean they have to immediately announce "and the winner is ...". Upon making the decision I imagine Pluton would have instructed their legal advisers to contact the offtaker's legal advisers to produce a heads of company in principle agreement, subject to due diligence etc.

Thats what I'm expecting and hoping for, and it could be quite soon. (these sorts of agreements don't have to be horrendously complex)
