I would be extremely careful of any deals done in this desperate time, by going over it all with a fine toothed comb so that shareholders dont have the same problem with finance as last time - as brokerd by the same team with potentially the same deal-making style.
I have been following for a coupole of years now, so not an off-the-cuff comment. Be careful and take your time with it because there are som many hidden dynamics when a company gets frail, that it is easy to miss the important ones when all you see is the "recurrection" headline.
