When regional/rural Australia gets back on its feet again this will imo certainly have no trouble getting back to $1.20/1.30 again fairly quickly.
The question is when exactly that will be and whether it will dip a bit lower in the meantime.
All we can do is keep an eye on the various segments of the rural sector and make our own judgements.
