tend to think the meeting will be a bit of a formality; what needs to be passed will be passed, nothing new or exciting. this seems to be the mode of operation for most ascent stocks at this point, although i think we will be made aware of the change in director activity (steinepreis will hand over to risinger & co) which in turn should let the show begin. a name change and a bit of direction and shes up and going. there is no doubt this will be a quality project. the more time they take getting things set the better, as their leases are in a very prospective area. agree with earlier comments re price. the register is super tight, and when it runs again in the short term it will move very quickly and hold a higher level (barring another correction). technically (as already mentioned) looks like it is on the move regardless of meeting outcomes. cheers
