I am not sure about that OEL is looking like it will have an EV close to zero soon but it is a business that has not treated investors well and that possibly explains that .
Massive management discount .
HZN probably suffering a similar thing because of what happened with the PNG gas assets that might be why they appear to be valued at a discount to their peers .
The Market remembers these things .
They do seem to be kicking goals now with their strategy of just being a good non operator and returning capital and dividends to share holders .
I am not sure about that OEL is looking like it will have an EV...
