For those asking or worrying about a CR happening soon, this categorically won't happen in the very short term. If you read the notice of GM there is a resolution for approval of a CR of 20m units which will be conducted within 3 months of the approval of SH at the General Meeting. See attached
I think it is great management are being transparent with the CR and giving us all a heads up. The best thing for AS2 will be get great results in before the CR so the company can either scale back on the 20m shares or at least get the most they can to allow for a strong future runway
