pdn wouldnt ann buying until they have actually bought the shares
e.g. if they are buying they will ann after they accumulate not during the accumulation, so it could be them
I think the funds etc have to start making money and people starting to realise china and the global economy will boom again in the not to distant future
local demand in china is now big enough to keep Aussie mines busy even if Europe or usa did fall, not that it will if recent eu and usa stress tests for banks is any indicator
