You might be on the money there but I think we are all assuming the deal will be a certain way.
PLV have stated clearly they are open to deals/negotiations.We just do not know 'how' they are going to go about this. Might just be that the final agreement may see the end user paying from here on in so in effect not needing additional $$$$? Just a thought there.
