    Seychelles region is a unproven place for oil and gas, Enterprise drilled Constant Bank-1, plugged and abandoned in 1995; Amoco drilled 3 wells (Owen Bank-1, Reith Bank-1 and Seagull Shoals-1) all plugged and abandoned between 1982 to 1983. Is there any commercial well in Seychelles region (including shallow and deep sea) so far?
