Hi Thinking Loudly,

It is the tax position that i am thinking about. My understanding is that the ATO have advised CFE that they will disallow the objection, but it appears as though they have not yet acted on this.

I am looking for the quarterly to see what update their is on this.

If the ATO still has not formally disallowed the objection so that the appeal process can start, then I am assuming that they are holding out for a settlement, especially now with an election due and a possible change of government.

This would be a positive for CFE if the ATO matter is resolved. But I too am speculating and the quarterly may well show that the objection has formally been disallowed.
