PCG has broken its all time high three times this past week and is sitting on that high today. Ready for an imminent break out no doubt imo. Instos have been piling into this stock over several months and increasing their positions. Annual report card should be good. Volume today quadrupling recent trades including one huge trade of 860000 @.63 in the last hour.
