With all due respect, you must be new to the intricacies of (International) equities markets, as well as new to HC (5 Posts - which doesn't mean U R a new investor, just new to HC....and ADR's I suggest)).
How many times does it need to be said (I've been saying it for 15 months) that an ADR is but a NASDAQ Tracking stock, which , literally, mimics the foreign stock price, adjusted for currency (and in this the case the 5;1 share ratio: 1 MESO = 5 MSB shares) . It just makes it easier for Americans to invest in foreign stocks, without the complexity and hassle of International Trading Accounts, and complications of International Taxation, etc.
Current ADR - MSB - USD 6.14/5 = 1.228
In AUD = 1.228/0.73535 = AUS1.67 (different brokers have diff. exchange rates)
Exactly where MSB closed today on ASX (166.5).

"However, ADR share values usually track with the original share values" - that's the whole point (as well as perhaps foreign exposure. The foreign stock (ASX.MSB) is the dog that wags the tail of the NASDAQ ADR.
