Someone puts a large sell order a few cents above current price to create the view that there are a lot of sellers . The opposite to a prop where somebody puts a big buy order a few cents below current price to create perception of big buying interest . We refer to big sell order in at 17c
We are suggesting somebody is looking to accumulate before Monday’s update and thus is creating false sale volume
